Torbay Family Carers supports unpaid family carers of adults with learning disabilities across Torbay. Part of Devon Link Up, the service provides one-to-one support, regular carer groups, information and practical guidance in a friendly environment shaped around the experiences and needs of carers.

The brief
Torbay Family Carers needed a website that felt supportive and approachable from the moment a visitor arrived. The information had to be simple to navigate, particularly for carers who may already be dealing with pressure and limited time, while clearly explaining the one-to-one support, groups, advice and useful resources available. The finished site uses warm imagery, accessible typography and uncluttered page layouts to create a reassuring user experience. Key information and contact routes remain prominent throughout, helping carers quickly understand what support is available and how to speak to the team.
