Devon Link Up is a user-led charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism across Devon and Torbay. Its work is centred on choice, inclusion and independence, helping people build confidence, connect with their communities and have a stronger voice in the decisions that affect their lives.

The brief
Devon Link Up needed an accessible, welcoming website that could explain a wide range of services and activities without becoming complicated or institutional. As a user-led organisation, it was important that the site felt inclusive, human and easy to navigate for the people it supports, families, carers and partner organisations. The new website uses clear page structures, friendly imagery, straightforward language and strong visual signposting to make information easier to find. Services, events, resources and news are brought together within a consistent design that reflects the charity's personality while providing a practical platform the team can continue to update.
